Bermuda's longest running full service dive centre can also to be found at Elbow Beach:
Our shop is located only 5min away from Hamilton in the elbow beach hotel facility. You are able to rent chairs and umbrellas on the public site from the beach desk, eat and drink direct on the beach or overlook the beach at one of the public restaurants and of course enjoy the unique underwater world which starts only a couple of yards from the beach by snorkeling or scuba diving.
Shore dives for Certified Divers
If you want to buddy up and go alone no problem. As long as you have a buddy and your certification card you can hire all scuba gear and go straight off the beach as long as conditions allow you to. It is very easy and perfect for new certified divers to explore on their own in a buddy team. The reef is in a max depth of 25ft inside the breakers.

Not a certified diver?
No problem. If you want to try scuba for the first time, but don’t want to make the boat trip from Somerset Bridge, don’t worry. You can have a scuba lesson from the dive shop at elbow Beach. One of our experienced instructors will brief you on all aspects of scuba diving. You will be fitted with equipment and shown how to use it safely. Once in your gear your instructor will accompany you down the beach and into the Ocean. Once underwater, you will be amazed at the beauty of the reef and the fish that call it home.
Bookings are subject to a minimum 2 people. Dives are conducted daily, in the mornings by request.

Guided Shore Diving
For certified divers we offer guided dives out to the wreck or reef, if you are not feeling comfortable enough to go with a professional. An additional fee of $150 applies for a private guide. One of our experienced instructors will accompany you to the wreck or reef and bring you safely back.
Dives are conducted daily, if wind/ weather conditions allow us to in the mornings by request
The wreck of the Pollockshields
As featured in The Ultimate Bermuda Wreck Guide, the Pollockshields is easily accessible from our beach front shop. The wreck is located 400yards off shore.
Built in 1890 in Hamburg, Germany, the Pollockshields was a 323ft cargo steamer. The ship was travelling from Cardiff, Wales for an undisclosed port of rendezvous during World War 1, the steamer ran into a Hurricane on September 2nd, 1915 and five days later the ship struck near shore off Elbow Beach.
The Bermuda government decided to blow up the ship in 1960 to take away the visual attraction and temptation to swim out to the wreck and get curious visitors injured. The wreck is scattered in 25ft of water over the coral reef.
Explore tunnels, caverns and swim troughs on the way to the wreck by aqualung or Kayak out to snorkel above it.

Ocean kayaks, Snorkeling & boogie boards
Experience all the thrills of beach sports and surface watersports. Our shop is located right on Bermuda's longest beach. We provide all the extras to make your beach vacation that little bit special. You can rent ocean kayaks, snorkel gear, DPV’s, skim and boogie boards or just purchase a raft and float relaxed over the reef.
Get the kids involved.
 Sign them up for our Bubblemaker Program. They will have a blast!! This program is for children 8 to 10years old and they will get introduced to the use of scuba gear and to learn new skills and knowledge in a swimming pool environment.

reservation will occur if 24 hour cancellation notice is not given. For
